The subsidiaries of Economic Assosiation "Thermal Power Plant Nikola Tesla" plc are:

TPP "Nikola Tesla A" – with 6 blocks – total available capacity of 1,502 MW and electric power generation of 7,194 GWh

TPP "Nikola Tesla B" – with 2 blocks – total available capacity of 1,160 MW and electric power generation of 7,728 GWh

TPP "Kolubara" – with 5 blocks – total available capacity of 245 MW and electric power generation of 1,149 GWh

TPP "Morava" – with 1 block – total available capacity 108 MW and electric power generation of 341 GWh

Thermal power blocks of Economic Assosiation "Thermal Power Plant Nikola Tesla" plc with a total of 3,015 MW available capacity make 36 percent of the total capacity of the electric power system of Serbia.
Production of four thermal power plants in Economic Assosiation "Thermal Power Plant Nikola Tesla" plc amounting to 16,412 GWh makes around 47 percent of the total production of the Electric Power Industry of Serbia.

Economic Assosiation "Thermal Power Plant Nikola Tesla" plc use fuel lignite transported from Economic Assosiation Mining Basin "Kolubara" plc. Namely, coal is transported from the acceptance points in the mine to thermal power plants by means of special trains along a 30 km long railway track. In this manner, around 37 milliona tons of coal is transported annually.
